Why doesn’t Jord’n Maxwell just go by the name JMax?
I.e. Jmaxshow.com ?
They can sue the fictional name of JORDAN MAXWELL but if he just goes by the living man claiming common law, just use the name JMax or whatever you go by.
They can’t capture the living man in admiralty unless you give permission…
I’m not sure about all the legalities of this matter or what he had signed with these people. Anyone can sue anyone and if this other party has a lawyer at their disposal like I think they do, then it makes it hard to defend or even counter a legal threat whether it be bogus or not etc. Jordan lives on nothing and has nothing. He is no business man and this has caused him much pain from people who know business and thus take advantage of his lack of business skills.
These dudes apparently helped him with money and business and for doing so, they made him sign over all his assets. They got into a disagreement and now Jordan is left with nothing and these people think they were doing him a favor when they were simply enslaving him via a loan. No different than a bank or a mob loan.
Sounds if they only have control over the name JORDAN MAXWELL.. The strawman we all have.
He just needs to address himself as another name like “Jay Maxwell”.
IF someone refers to him as “JORDAN MAXWELL’, he should say “I am not him” I am a living soul.
