Scientists Conclude That No Secret Chemtrail Conspiracy Exists

Over the last decade, there have been many people around the world who have been reporting and documenting what are known chemtrailsas chemtrails. These chemtrails are said to be manmade clouds from planes that look like contrails initially, but they are poisonous chemicals being sprayed in the air that are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids etc.

A recent international survey of 3015 people had shown that 17% of people believe in the existence of a secret large-scale government chemtrail program to be true or partly true. (more…)

Anti-Intellectualism and the “Dumbing Down” of America

There is a growing and disturbing trend of anti-intellectual elitism in American culture. It’s the dismissal of science, the arts, and humanities and their replacement by entertainment, self-righteousness, ignorance, and deliberate gullibility.

Susan Jacoby, author of The Age of American Unreason, says in an article in theWashington Post, “Dumbness, to paraphrase the late senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, has been steadily defined downward for several decades, by a combination of heretofore irresistible forces. These include the triumph of video culture over print culture; a disjunction between Americans’ rising level of formal education and their shaky grasp of basic geography, science and history; and the fusion of anti-rationalism with anti-intellectualism.” (more…)

NASA Planning $10 Billion Moon Base By 2022

In a 1962 address at Rice University, Houston, Texas, former United States President John F. Kennedy addressed the nation’s efforts in Moon-Apollospace exploration. In his speech the President famously stated, “We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”

A man has not touched the moon since 1972. However, today manned missions to the moon are the talk of the science community and missions are being planned by an international team of scientists who are planning a permanent moon colony in the next five to seven years — for just $10 billion. (more…)

Artists Scan Bust of Nefertiti and Release the Data for Free Online

There is a tremendous amount of interest in Nefertiti, who died in the 14th Century B.C., and was known as the Ruler of the Nile Nefertitiand Daughter of Gods. She was an Egyptian queen and the Great Royal Wife of Akhenaten, an Egyptian Pharaoh.

Nefertiti and her husband were known for a religious revolution, in which they worshiped one god only, Aten, or the sun disc. She is also thought thought to be Tutankhamun‘s stepmother.

Nefertiti is well known for her elegant beauty. Her image, and bust have been an icon for many women and for many modern cosmetic lines.

This past October, a pair of artists, Al-Badri and Nelles, secretly scanned the head of Queen Nefertiti at the Neues Museum in Berlin without permission of the Museum. (more…)

Australian rock art may be among the oldest in the world

Scientists at the University of Melbourne are dating Aboriginal rock art in Western Australia that may prove to be up to 50,000 years old.

Australian Indigenous art is the oldest unbroken tradition of art in the world. The oldest firmly dated rock art painting in Australia is a charcoal drawing on a rock fragment found during the excavation of the Narwala Gabarnmang rock shelter in south-western Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. Dated at 28,000 years, it is one of the oldest known pieces of rock art on Earth with a confirmed date.

These ancient rocks were found in the Kimberley region of north-western Australia is home to one of the oldest, largest and most varied collections of art in the world. A quirk of geology and climate has preserved tens of thousands of rock artworks that were produced over tens of thousands of years. (more…)
