The very day that the U.S. was attacked and became known as the 9/11. Neo’s passport also lists Capital city is the federal district of Washington D.C. or District of Columbia distinct from the States.
Whether there is any truth in the theories by some people that this date on Neo’s passport is a direct tie to the 9-11 attacks and was placed there purposely, or it is all just a big coincidence – it is up to the truth seeker to decide for themselves as they walk the path in this man-u-factured illusion ruled by machines.
